The line between traditional/digital/social/mobile marketing is blurring at an exhilarating pace... one that if you stand still for a minute, you will miss it completely. While working on a new strategic process for a large advertiser, I was able to take a large step back and visualize how it's possible to use a very strategic combination of multiple on-and-offline touch points, stories, elements, content snippets, and a robust CRM/social/mobile component can literally take the masses down to an individual...slowly driving the individual down the effervescent marketing funnel on their terms (influenced by our message and content).

So the question becomes... When is convergence?

The way I witnessed today... The time is NOW.
